Three TimTec Libraries Published for Free Public Access Use on Collaborative Drug Discovery

TimTec's ActiTarg-K Kinase Modulators , OGT Inhibitors Analogs SET , and Diversity Set libraries are now available to the public on Collaborative Drug Discovery (CDD). CDD's Public Access site allows users to mine the contents of TimTec libraries at no cost using intuitive interface with chemical and biological searching capabilities.

ActiCom-320, active compounds with known activities

ActiCom is TimTec newest collection of 320 compounds with known activities. The collection is growing. All compounds are classified in general therapeutic categories and/or are assigned reported activities. ActiCom-320 is resourceful screening set and an assay development guide. ActiCom-320 would be good complement to any of our screening collections.

TimTec and Collaborative Drug Discovery Team Up to Provide Chemically Searchable Natural Products and Derivatives Available to the Scientific Community.

TimTec LLC., the international distributor of synthetic organic and natural compounds, and Collaborative Drug Discovery, Inc. (CDD), the community based research information management enterprise, announced today that the CDD web-based software now hosts TimTec’s Natural Product Library and Natural Derivatives Library. The TimTec natural product and derivative compounds are now available as a structure searchable database in the CDD Web2.0 collaborative research information system.

ApexScreen is a collection of 5,040 compounds that were selected to represent the diversity of TimTec stock of over 160,000 compounds in a smaller format as opposed to larger general screening collections. ApexScreen is a perfect starter library and a valuable diversity addition to any existing collections.

Featured Screening Results for TimTec NPL

TimTec Natural Product Library was screened to identify compounds that significantly reduce infectivity without cytotoxicity. NPL collection counted 280 compounds at the time of the moderate-throughput screening. MTS assay is adaptable to different virus systems.
