How TimTec handles information

TimTec stores customer data on a secured SSD that is never connected to the internet. Quotes, orders, and files you send by email go to TimTec mailboxes (timtec@timtec.org, orders@timtec.org, ledger@timtec.org).

The inquiry form on this site opens a mailto draft in your email client. It does not write to a database on the website host. Your browser and any fonts loaded from Google Fonts may process standard technical logs.

This site does not embed third-party analytics, maps, or translation widgets.

External catalog tools (structure search, ID/SMILES, SDS, CoA, legacy login, TT-BOT, Customer Portal) are separate systems. Review the practices of those hosts before uploading structures.
