Individual compounds and custom selections
In addition to pre-designed libraries, you can choose any number of samples from TimTec screening stock using your own criteria. Compounds from the named collections are also available for cherry-picking.

Drug-like filters
Compounds placed into pre-designed libraries are filtered on physicochemical properties used in hit-to-lead work: cLogP, molecular weight, and hydrogen-bond donor/acceptor counts as framed by Lipinski’s Rule of Five. Diversity selections can be further constrained to your MW, cLogP, and related cutoffs, or assembled so they add chemotypes that are missing from an existing customer deck.
Quality control
TimTec reports structure and purity by NMR and mass spectrometry. Stock is spot-checked for stability. 1H-NMR spectra for stock compounds are available on request.
Compounds are stored dry and freshly prepared in DMSO when a solution format is ordered. TimTec prefers hand-synthesized, non-combinatorial designs when assembling libraries, mixing in-house synthesis with outside sourcing to keep collection-to-collection diversity high.
