ActiGlobe-50K
The largest predesigned collection in the ActiProbe series: a 50,000-compound diversity set filtered for drug-like starting points.
ActiGlobe-50K was assembled from worldwide sources described as more than two million candidate structures. The published design intent is to sample chemical diversity produced by many labs, then apply Lipinski-oriented filters plus additional removal of undesirable atoms, functional groups, and fragments so remaining members are reasonable starting points for hit and ADMET work.
Purity is stated as generally at least 95% by high-field 1H-NMR and/or MS, consistent with other TimTec collections.
Custom diversity subsets of any size can be cut from ActiGlobe-50K using TimTec’s diversity-analysis software (and standard commercial tools). The ActiProbe 1K–25K sets share the same clustering logic at smaller cardinalities.
