ActiTarg-CNS is a structurally diverse set of CNS-property compounds from TimTec stock, focused primarily on serotonin, dopamine, and acetylcholine receptor families. The pre-designed set is historically about 3,600 compounds, with custom subsets, typically 10 mM DMSO unless specified. With the selectivity challenge in mind, the collection emphasizes diverse structural variations around those three receptor families. Each family covers a broad spectrum of neurological processes in downstream signaling.

260 approved and experimental CNS drugs and 77 active-molecule common fragments were used in computational-tool training to select 3,600 compounds intended for neuropharmaceutical lead discovery. The collection is available for pooling customized subsets in required formatting and as a pre-designed collection in 10 mM concentration.
