ActiTarg-CNS Central Nervous System Modulators

A structurally diverse set targeting primarily three receptor groups: serotonin, dopamine, and acetylcholine. ActiTarg-CNS 3600 is offered as a pre-designed collection and for customized subsets.

With the selectivity challenge in mind, ActiTarg-CNS focuses on diverse structural variations around those three receptor families. Each commands a broad spectrum of neurological processes in downstream signaling.

  • Serotonin receptors: 5-HT1–2 and 5-HT in general and related
  • Dopamine receptors: D1–D2-like
  • Acetylcholine receptors: nicotinic (nAChR) and muscarinic (mAChR)
  • Nonpeptidic caspase inhibitors (also listed on the legacy page)

260 approved and experimental CNS drugs and 77 active-molecule common fragments were used in computational-tool training to select 3,600 compounds intended for neuropharmaceutical lead discovery. The collection is available for pooling customized subsets in required formatting and as a pre-designed collection in 10 mM concentration.
