ActiTarg-S Serine Proteinase Inhibitors
Small-molecule analogs to a group of serine proteinase inhibitors (serpins). ActiTarg-S currently includes about 900 analogs to known serpins.
Targets considered for the molecular selection, as listed on the legacy TimTec page: tryptase; thrombin; elastase; proteasome; tripeptidyl peptidase; trypsin and trypsin-like proteases; and various serine proteases, including granzymes.
