NPL-800 Natural Product Library
Pure natural compounds assembled as lead-identification material in a screen-ready format.
TimTec’s Natural Product Library (NPL) contains 800 purified natural compounds. The design goal is broad representation of selected natural material, not exclusive IP. Samples are primarily plant-sourced; the remainder come from bacteria, fungi, and animals. Common natural sources and literature pointers are available for most entries.
Natural molecules are often multi-active and frequently more bioavailable than a typical synthetic singleton. NPL is sold as a complete collection, by plate, or as individual compounds, dry or in DMSO at catalog or custom concentration.

- Shaneyfelt, M. E., et al. Natural products that reduce rotavirus infectivity identified by a cell-based moderate-throughput screening assay. Virology Journal, 2006, 3:68. The NPL subset then numbered 280 compounds; 15 showed antiviral activity without cytotoxicity in that assay.
