ActiProbe-10K
A 10,000-compound ActiProbe sampling set derived by Jarvis–Patrick clustering from ActiProbe-25K and the ActiGlobe-50K parent pool.
The ActiProbe Series provides drug-like diversity collections of different sizes that share one clustering design. Smaller sets are assembled from larger ones by Jarvis–Patrick clustering: 2D fragment fingerprints group similar molecules; centroids and singletons are sampled, with augmentation from the largest clusters. ActiGlobe-50K is the parent pool; stand-alone sizes include ActiProbe-2K, 5K, 10K, 15K, and 25K.
ActiProbe-10K is a 10,000-compound sampling set derived from ActiProbe-25K (itself from ActiGlobe-50K) by that clustering method. Purity for ActiProbe collections is generally at least 95% by high-field 1H-NMR and/or MS (minimum 90%).
